Welcome to YanSeva. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our platform by users, drivers, and agents. By registering or using the YanSeva app or website, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Overview

YanSeva is a vehicle booking and transportation service platform that connects users with available vehicles (cars, vans, etc.) for travel and logistics purposes. We facilitate booking for outstation, local, airport, and event-based trips through registered drivers and travel partners (agents).

2. Definitions

• User: A customer booking a vehicle through YanSeva.
• Driver: A registered driver responsible for trip fulfillment.
• Agent: A travel partner managing one or more vehicles and bookings.

3. Account Registration

• Users, drivers, and agents must register using valid mobile numbers with OTP verification.
• Only one account per individual is allowed unless approved by YanSeva.

4. Booking and Trip Policy

• Users can book vehicles based on availability, trip type, and priority.
• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Drivers must accept and fulfill the trip in a timely and professional manner.
• Trip changes or cancellations are governed by our cancellation policy.

5. Payments

• Advance payment is mandatory for confirming bookings.
• Final payment can be done online or in cash after trip completion.
• YanSeva may deduct platform service charges before remitting to drivers/agents.

6. Ratings & Reviews

• Users may rate drivers and vehicles after the trip.
• Drivers and agents are encouraged to maintain high-quality service.

7. Driver & Agent Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and punctuality.
• Follow all traffic and transport regulations.
• Drivers must not misbehave or harass users. Violations will result in termination.

8. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup/drop details and be available at the agreed time.
• Respect the driver and property of the vehicle.
• Illegal activities during the trip are strictly prohibited.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Users can cancel before the scheduled trip time. Refunds, if any, will be processed based on timing and policy.
• Drivers who cancel frequently may face suspension.

10. Liability

• YanSeva is a platform provider and does not own or operate vehicles.
• YanSeva is not responsible for losses due to driver misconduct, accidents, or delays, but we will assist in resolving disputes.

11. Termination of Account

YanSeva reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, is fraudulent, or disrupts the platform's integrity.

12. Privacy

All data collected is used as per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data without consent.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the changes.
